While we currently do not bill insurance directly, we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your provider for out-of-network nutrition coverage and any applicable co-pays.

If you have a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA), you can use these funds for Nutrition Consultation services as well as supplements recommended by a health professional.
